At Dappr, we are committed to providing premium-quality shirts and t-shirts alongside a smooth and reliable shopping experience. However, if you receive a damaged item or something that doesn’t match your order, we’re here to help. Please review our detailed return and exchange policy below:
🛠️ Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
🔁 Returns
If you're not satisfied with the fit or style of your product, it can be returned to us. Please note:

A Return Fee of ₹250 per product will be charged to cover logistics, handling, and packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the product.

All return requests must be emailed to 📩 dapprshop.custmercare@gmail.com with your order number and details.
❌ Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item:

Please email us with clear images of the item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be dispatched promptly at no additional cost.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds once a product has been sold. However, we offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

Exchanges are subject to size availability and applicable shipping charges.

Customers must send the product back to us at their own expense.

We do not provide reverse pickup services.

Retain a courier receipt with the signature and mobile number of the delivery agent — Dappr is not responsible for lost returns.
✅ To Qualify for Exchange:

Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Include your name, address, email, order number, and desired size clearly inside the return parcel.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Exchanges must be for a different size of the same product.
-
Shipping/COD charges apply for both directions.
🚫 Order Cancellations

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.

COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at 📩 dapprshop.custmercare@gmail.com.

By placing an order, customers agree to Dappr’s discretion regarding cancellations.
🔄 Unavailable Size? We’ve Got You Covered
If your requested size is unavailable during an exchange:

We’ll issue a Credit Note via email.

This credit can be used on your next purchase at 🌐 dappr.shop within 30 days.
📦 Partial Order Exchanges
Yes, you may exchange individual items from your order within 48 hours of delivery, provided they meet our exchange conditions.
📐 Fit Issues
If the product doesn’t fit, we’ll assist with a size exchange (subject to availability).
If the size isn’t available, a credit note will be issued for future use.
❗ Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Dislike of material, texture, or color — please review images & descriptions carefully.

Washed or worn products.

Products from the SALE section.

Color variation due to screen settings or lighting (a 10–12% variation may occur).

Products that fail to meet our return condition standards.
Our garments are crafted with care and precision. Minor variations in color or stitching are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
