By submitting any content (reviews, feedback, etc.) to Dappr, you grant us the right to use such content for promotional purposes across any media, including third-party platforms.

Any misuse of dappr.shop — including fraudulent behavior, system abuse, or technical manipulation — may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Only one customer account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

Customers may manage their data, track orders, and update preferences via their account dashboard.

We reserve the right to issue warnings, remove content, or restrict accounts in case of policy violations. Legal action may be taken in case of damages.

Contractual Partners & Conclusion

All transactions on dappr.shop are conducted between the customer and Dappr. By placing an order, you agree to a legally binding contract. A confirmation email will be sent upon order placement, and the contract is finalized upon product shipment.

In cases of pricing discrepancies due to technical errors, Dappr reserves the right to cancel or revise the order. Any payments made will be refunded promptly.

Pricing & Taxes

For COD orders, we may conduct a verification call. Orders not confirmed may be cancelled.
